Pre-reqs: outside leg hang & butterfly. Student has completed a minimum of 4 heels classes

Workshop Descriptions
Dynamic Static (Tricks & Combos): In this workshop, you will learn some of Kheanna’s signature, high-energy, dynamic static tricks and combos that will improve your strength, power & agility. You will learn cool entries, trending transitions and epic landings that will make you feel like a baddie and an athlete at the same time.
Hardcore Heels (Choreo): Get your heart racing with one of Mel’s signature upbeat choreographies. Expect high kicks, hair flicks and show-stopping kips! Warning: you will leave this workshop feeling like a badass! Heels and kneepads strongly recommended.
Fierce Floorwork (Tricks & Combos - Off the Pole): Prepare to learn some of Kheanna’s signature floorwork moves which include sensual leg movements, kips, drops, and balances. Have no fear: there will be many variations, regressions and progressions given according to your level. Here is a chance for you to break down and master certain floor tricks and transitions you’ve been dying to learn... and on both sides. No matter what, you will leave the studio with a dynamic repertoire of sequences you can put into your next routine. Get ready to improve your fluidity, mobility, power and strength. Heels and kneepads are required.
Float & Flow (Spin Pole): Spin, twirl and unlock your full potential with Mel’s signature spin pole combos! In this workshop, you will be guided through beautiful shapes and elegant transitions to help you build strength, confidence, and fluidity in your spin pole technique.
